if you take out whatever's underneath it, radio probably, and just push it out from behind. The cables are pretty long.
To flesh that out, most radios will come out if you push thick wire into the four round holes in the frame, two at each end. You can use nails but I took a wire coat-hanger and bent two U-shapes, which now live in the dash compartment. Check the antenna plug and other electrical connections before putting the radio back, of course. Or you might just take out the ashtray and reach up behind the radio, if you have slim hands.
