There does appear to be a pattern though. I suspect a failing TB would be problematic at other throttle openings and not just at cold starts. Unless it's time for a TB cleaning, although I'd be quite surprised if the P.O. hadn't done that yet. Still it may be worthwhile to do some cleaning. Maybe next Monday while we're timbiting ? .... ah the smell of gunk cleaner and timbits ....
