I would buy the 1992 saab. I bought mine with 280000 on it for 1300 for a project car. It has the tcs and the light came on in the begining but never came on since the first week i bought it. I bought a used engine for 900 dollars with 75k on it and am rebuilding it now. I bought it from a saab engineer in michigan who was from sweden and has put alot in to it so it drives like new without the new engine. I am replacing everything i can and finding no problems getting parts. I been going to napa and they have everything very cheap it may not be oem but they all work. And for under 2500 i have a great running car.
