Have you tried resetting/calibrating the ACC? Procedure is in the handbook - if you press the "Auto" and "Vent" buttons together (top left and bottom right buttons) the temperature display will go to "0" and the system will self-check. If it detects faults, it will flash up the number of faults, then revert to the temperature display. You then have to have the unit read to find out what the actual fault codes are.

However, some things like a broken linkage to the flap that mixes your hot and cold air will not be flagged up by this check. Try searching for "flap" if this seems to be the problem.

The good news is that you're getting cold air so the thing is cooling properly!
