I'm not familiar with the package you're referring to, but Koni makes a damn good shock, but my experience with them is limited to motorcycles.
But given the mods, you might want to consider Biltstein. They are not adjustable (at least the ones I have) - I replaced the stock shocks, struts and springs at 90k miles on my '88 9KT, and now at ~180k, the car is still feels nice and tight, and handles very well. In fact, the SAAB tech tells me that my 16 year old '88 is tighter than a lot of cars coming that are a mere 3 years old.
