Is that a turbo? There's a turbo badge in the grille in the pic... automatic or manual tranny? With those KMs for that money on a '91 turbo, it could be a very interesting car! On the other hand, I'd be cautious since it's so cheap... also the old Saab repair situation here in Vancouver isn't particularly favourable today - there are a number of independant service guys but our favourite has gone on hiatus indefinitely. The closest to UBC would be Swedish Autosport, on Clark.
Cheap? Reliable?
I bought my '93 9000 Aero in April and have had only minor problems, but I consider that to be due to the meticulous maintenance of its previous owner, and luck. If I had any brains, I'd be driving a Honda. But I don't.
And now, a plug for our local club!
