...the first thing to have tackled in this debugging process would have been vaccuum hoses, then work your way up through the valves (high percentage fix here), and only then would you want to swap throttle bodies.
The important thing about replacing the throttle bodies is that the TCS must be calibrated afterwards (and it's adviseable to have another ISAT code entered before the swap takes place) by an ISAT or Tech II. Get thee to a Saab tech and have the system scanned. This will tell you definitively what parts are ailing, and will allow the system's fault codes to be cleared and the system calibrated. Regrettably, this is really your only option at this point.
