DO replace/rebuild the Master Cylinder (relatively inexpensive and easy to do.. for a Saab :-) it fails far more often than the Slave.. and 'Most' Mechs Renew it with each clutch change as a matter of course.
Pressurising the Reservoir and opening the bleeder..with 10 psi.. should have been 'Foolproof' there definitely is a prob .. somewhere.
