I would say that it is not a rim, as a bent rim would be noticeable as a pulse in the steering wheel, once per revolution. Radial tires are known to have issues of pulling to one side, that's what one of mine was doing. Try swapping the two same-side tires (front and back) to try to isolate the problem - I can't guess which side of the original front tires is bad, sorry. Note that some very advanced Hunter alignment machines can actually measure sideways tire pull and tell the operator how to mount the four tires to get the straightest final result; this comes a bit undone with directional wheels/tires. Worst case is you may have to replace the defective tire.
