If the heads off, make sure that you get a new timing chain and tensioner since they are already doing the head. And if you are getting the head done, you might as well get the balance chain and gears done as well.I dont believe that it will make a difference if you get rid of the balance chain altogether, but if you want to keep it, get a new one.
