It was mostly on a highway at -10C, so not much dust or water. But part of the way it was above freezing, so there would be spray from the road, and very unfortunately I am missing the plastic air shield on that side of the car. Would it be a good idea to do an oil change? I imagine some junk is stuck in the intercooler, but there's not much I can do about that now.
