I had a similar thing happen on my '96 9000 CS when removing the old rotors - the screw head stripped out. I just drilled out the screw - in fact the heat and vibration from the drill actually loosened it. Came out pretty easily. (luckily I ordered replacements when I got the rotors from eeuroparts)
