Mark:
I'm the proud co-owner of a '94 Aero, 180k and counting, so I'm with you. Solutions?
1) Re: oil leakage . . . try and determine where it's dropping down from. I had to replace the o-ring at the oil sender/sensor in the oil pan on a '92 recently, very easy fix.
2) My Better co-owner of the '94 recently asked a well regarded dealership to diagnose the washer leak she had . . . they said the bottle had failed (cheap plastics break down rapidly, despite what your municipal waste authorities suggest). So I bought a new bottle and removed the fender inner-liner . . . and found a hose had come adrift from the fitting which is right at the front of the motor, oil has swelled the rubber, yadayada. Point being, they quoted the most exhaustive (aka expensive) fix, without even looking at it. Whether they would have copped to their "mistake" and done the right thing is still up in the air . . . that's enough to turn me to other options.
3) I've epoxied about a half dozen glasses back into the rearview housings, but this is after delicately pulling them off before they crash to the pavement. You could certainly do the same provided you have a decent glass.
Good Luck, don't fret, happy year of the Rooster!
