Driver's side mirror fell off...

Hi all, got my car back from the Saab Dealer on Friday. They put in a couple of motor mounts, a serpentine belt, bleeder valve and o-ring between oil filter housing and block. Cost me around $1000.
Took it out for a spin yesterday, as I turned left off the end of my street I heard a clunk and caught a glimpse of my driver's side mirror falling off! How would a new mirror be attached? Is it glued? Is the Saab dealer the best place to find the mirror?
A light on the dash was coming on indicating low washer fluid level. I filled it up, couldn't believe how much fluid it took. Got up this morning and observed washer fluid under the car. It seems the reservoir has a leak. Can't see the reservoir, looks like it's in the fender somehow.
Also noticed a bit of oil on the ground, well more than a bit, obviously they didn't fix the leak with the o-ring or there is another leak somewhere.
The fun continues!
