Like many others, I had to sink big bucks into my 94 Aero after I bought it with around 80k on the clock. Blower motor, heater core (because I was in there) head gasket (because I had to flush a neglected system), valve job (because I was in there), replacing all belts and even the alternator brushes (because I was in there). Because I do all my own work, costs have been kept to parts only, and shopping at TSN sponsors has kept these to a minimum.
I should "Knock on Wood" but I've been running smoothly since I replaced the fuel pump a month or so ago. I still don't have a replacement DI Cassette, but I'll be shopping around...
