I am- Believe me, I wanted it to work; I thought it was such a great idea. Unfortunately, reality set in.
Or maybe the PC Mag guy had to be more careful about what he said because the Cold Heat people may be upset, having more visibility.
If you note in his last sentence in the pictorial, he did go on to say he took his regular iron to redo the joint that he did with the CH tool- that tells you how successful he was with it, I think. I might consider it as a last ditch emergency tool to toss in a glovebox, but not if there were any alternatives available. I'd sooner run an extension cord out from the house and plug in my benchtop iron.
