Torque steer?

If you're feeling something like 'torque steer' as a result of such a small change in tire size, it's either unequal or too-low pressures or you've moved to a much softer tire construction.
Those wheels are just slightly on the narrow side for a 205/55-15 but not bad, they're still within the mfr recommended wheel width for that size for all the tires I've looked at.
