I have poly uppers and poly trans and solid rubber for both lower mounts.
I DO have a good amount of vibration at idle but I don't mind it.
In an automatic I've heard no to use the poly upper mounts if you don't want vibration, others say use one poly and one OEM style. In manuals I've heard use one and one or use both poly.
The solid rubber mounts definitely increase vibration but not as much as when you switch the upper mounts to poly.
So it all comes down to how much vibration do you want? If you want no vibration you have to go with the stock style mounts.
