Gah... I pulled everything apart tonight... and once it was out I started the car and checked the AC operation... I pulled out the blower to see if it'd blow cold air when it was facing up where I could feel the air... no luck... the A/C compressor wouldn't kick on. I jumped the compressor with 12V and it turned on... checked the freon level (fine), and the lines going to the evaperator got cold and hot... so the system seems to be working... I checked the flaps and they're fine... I think that because the blower came out so easily, its no mating to the firewall correctly. I also tried moving the air flap by hand... and even then the air was only coming out at 70degrees... about 10 below ambient... the heat is fine though! _dunno dunno dunno_
I'm about ready to take it to someone and give them my last $500 my bank account.
