Happened to me a little while ago imy 95 Aero, I popped out blank switch and that little sensor/fan that are next to the ACC unit, then reached in and pushed out ACC panel from behind. I could fit my hand in (tight though) and find the hazard switch, which is on a long, fairly thick bundle of wire. However, if it has broken through it looks like replacing it is the only option. If you come up with something let me know, I havent done anything about it yet.
