1 and 2 are related to the relay behind the glove compartment. Many later 9000's have this issue with the flashers. I havn't gotten around to fixing mine yet, however I have noticed that if i need the flashers, turning on either the left or right blinker while the flasher button is activated will always get them to work.
3. Most likely either a bad bulb or a bad connection in the wiring/socket near the lamp. First get new bulbs (usually a good idea to replace all of them at the same time so that it doesn't mess up the bulb-checking circuitry) If you are still haveing problems, then you will have to check into the wiring.
4. (What I say here might be incorrect since our 9000 isn't at home right now so I can't check it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong) Is your headlight switch to the left, or to the right? If it is to the left, you are running in the daytime running light position, and the fog lights won't work.
Also, the way that the H-3 lamp is held in place in the housing sometimes causes the lamp to loose its connection and it stops working. When the clip that pushes the lamp up against the ground contact gets hot, it sometimes will sag, letting the lamp drop down just enough to loose contact and stop working. When this is the cause, usually only one of the lights will go out at a time.
Hope this helps
