I've repaired both upper motor mounts by filling them with silicone rubber. Leave the old rubber in place and fill the empty spaces with silicone. Make sure the rubber is fresh, otherwise it won't cure properly. Overnight is usually enough for you to drive on them. It will totally cure over the next few days. I've done two 9000's in the same manner. I've also done this for the tranny mount.
