Serpentine belt pulley with flange available?

Does anyone know if the sepentine pulleys are available with a flange? Maybe from another car? I'm hoping this will fix my belt problem.
I have an '89 turbo that keeps shredding the serpentine belt. The belt wanders off the pulley, towards the engine, where it rubs on the bracket and the block. Eventually it shreds.
I was told today by Viking Saab (great guys) that my model year shares its pulley arangement with very few if any other years, and the problem lies with the bracket. The bracket is NLA. It moves up and down with the pulley, and the bushings wear, it then no longer holds the tensioner pulley parallel to the other pulleys.
I can think of 2 fixes:
1) press new bushes into the bracket, Viking will try to get hold of the bushes and press them in.
2) fit a tensioner pulley with a flange. The pulley will still be slightly off line, but it won't let the belt slide off and rub and leave me stranded in this cold when it shreds...
Anyone?
Thanks -- Erwin
