High HC (or in your case - just a bit over) and NO would suggest problems with the O2 sensor and/or the air injection system. I would start with the basics - check the air injection system for broken valves and/or cracked vacum lines. If I remember correctly, a search of the NG900 bulletin board for 'air injection' should help you out on this one. Make sure you also check the posts from "Anders" - he gives alot of sound advice on this matter.

If the air injection system is not your problem, replace the 02 sensor. A faulty O2 sensor can give you the readings that you are currently experiencing.

Hopefully the above advice will help you. Regardless, I am hopeful that you will keep the 9000 board updated once you pass your 2nd e-test.
