If this is a true one owner, then he should have all his service records. If he doesn't, then I would probably walk. Frequent oil changes are a must with turbos, synthetic being preferred. Depending on the year of the car, there are certain things you will want to avoid. Look at http://www.quasimotors.com. He gives a pretty good synopsis of what to look for when buying a 9000, as well what to avoid. There are certain weaknesses for 9000's that you will want to pay extra attention to i.e. heater core, motor mounts, etc.
