Mine is at 235k km.(1995)
I was in a discussion on the 9-5 board last week or so, where the same Q was asked by someone coming from the 9k world. In the 9-5 the V6 has a reputation of high reliability, whilst the timing belt/ tensioner setup is exactly the same as on the 9k...... No sludge issues as with the ealy 9k, and no head gasket problems to speak of. The gaskets may sart seeping oil if you do not clean the PCV system on higher mileage cars.
Only basic difference is the turbo setup and DI trionic ignition system on the 9-5 version .
It comes down to the maintenance apparently.
There's 9-5 v6 specimens for sale in this country with well over 300k km on the clock.
9k v6 is very rare. the highest mileage v6 9k that i've seen for sale lately was close to 300k km.
Be sure to stay on top of that timing belt issue.
