Hello everyone,
So, not that everyone has the time and money for perforance upgrades...
But when i replaces my 5-speed tranny in my 90 9k turbo, I decided to get a centerforce dual friction clutch...
which is basically a racing clutch, that can still handle being driven around town. i think it can handle up to 450 HP max... under $500 from group9.
Also purchased a fidenza aluminum flywheel to go with the clutch... why not...
Anyways, on top of that i got the short shifter from saabsavior.com
also poly engine mounts and transmission moounts...
between all of this stuff... driving it is VERY fun, and although the gate between gears 1 and 2 can tend to feel tight every once and a while...
it's very easy.
I'll never drive an automatic again!
pic is of centerforce dual clutch after alignment with fidenza aluminum flywheel...
