heat and ACC2 question... Posted by vtsnaab [Email] (#26) [Profile/Gallery] (more from vtsnaab) on Sun, 27 Aug 2006 22:04:07 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Hi Folks.
I have a '91 9KT with ACC2.
When the car is started, it displays a numeral '1' for a few seconds.
My indie says this is a code, but that he does not know the codes,
can anyone here help with that info ?
Also, after such a hot summer we had a foggy night recently and I
went to use some heat to defrost the windows - plenty of air blowing
but no heat at all, anyplace.
The question:
How is the temp controlled - water valve or via a door of some sort
with a servo motor ?
(I hope this doesn't mean tearing into the system to correct this
with a whole day job !!)
The car had excellent heat all last winter, so this is something new
perhaps due to being off all summer...
Thanks for any info !
