UPDATE:

My suspicions were correct... I took some carb cleaner and blasted it into the intake manifold (thanks again!), low and behold she ran for about 5 seconds.

So, the first thing I did after that (which my boss recommended about 2 weeks ago) is go back to the first thing I did, and make sure everything was correct. I DID put the fuel filter in properly (there is only one way to hook it up), BUT, there was a tiny kink in the line that I had not noticed before.... so I dropped the fuel filter, removed it, straitend out the kink, put the filter back on (making doubley sure that it did not re-kink), re-pressurized the system (by shorting fuse-link 22 and 14), and away she started... and RAN!

Now I am having another issue... the car does not like to stay idleing... HOWEVER, I did also spray carb cleaner into the Mass Airflow Sensor, so I think it just has to do with that.

I am at work right now, (which is about 40 miles from home) and I drove her the whole way here without any problems other than the idle issue, and it is definatly a wonderful thing to have my saab running again... I'd like to thank you all very much.
