No plug burnoff after shutdown

I recently noticed that my 94 Aero hasn't been buzzing the spark plugs after shutdown. I hear a relay click maybe 15 or 20 seconds after turning the key off, but don't hear the familiar buzzing during that time I used to hear. Is there a relay or something that has failed which has cut off the plug burn cycle? The DI Casette is nearly new (maybe 10k miles or so) and the plugs are in good shape with no ugly crud, just the slight gray ash you'd expect. They are also the required AKG's. What am I overlooking here?
Thanks, folks! -Cal
