92 9000 Brake Issue?

I'm not sure what is going on with my 9000. At the end of last week, my steering wheel started to jiggle while I was driving. It would get worse as I drove faster, but it didn't happen 100% of the time. Yesterday, I jacked up the front of the car to check the tires and brakes. The driver side front tire had some bulges in it so I took it off and put on the spare. Problem seemed to have disappeared. I had the tire replaced (lifetime warrenty!) and driving home last night was great. Same thing going into work this morning, but on my drive home the jiggling started again and I can hear some funny whining noise coming from the driver side front brakes. They were squealing as if I needed new brake pads and starting from a stop seems labored. When I let go of the wheel the car pulls left. While I had the wheel of I checked the brake pads and they seem to be OK.
Hopefully I've expressed my problem appropriately. Does anyone have any idea what I need to check? The ABS light doesn't come on and there is plenty of brake fluid in the reservoir.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
