Chances are it is the hose manifold assembly. I agree that you should tug and twist the hose just after doing a fill. I just did this earlier this year and it took very little to make a small leak get much worse. The common failure point is the hose crimp. If you have no capability to DIY, get the manifold assembly from eEuroparts and have an A/C shop install. Look for cautions on disconnecting the end of the hose away from the compressor. It seizes and can be a problem. Do a search to see the spoecifics.
