I'm getting intermittant clutch issues. Kinda confused. this is a '95 Aero with TCS.

I've bled brakes and clutch on both my '95 Aero and CSE. Never a problem except when I let the fluid get too low on CSE one time, and sucked air into the clutch. No problem, more fluid clutch fine.

After replacing the RF brake caliper, I bled both front brakes and the clutch, just because I had a liter of fluid and figured it wouldn't hurt. I bleed brakes every 2 yrs, and had just done it a couple of months ago, but only spilled a few drops of fluid with the caliper change, so was looking for a good use for the rest.

When I finished, I started the car up and stepped on the brake. Very mushy until the caliper filled. Then stepped on clutch, and bam, straight to the floor. Did not really look like it, but perhaps filling the caliper allowed air to get into the clutch. I bled the clutch again with the Motive power bleeder. I got some air through the clutch in two batches, in other words, lots of fluid, air, lots of fluid, air, fluid. Seal everything up, charge the TCS, press on the clutch and go flat to the floor!

After pumping, pressure came up and all was well. However I figured I still had air somewhere so bled some more. Again the clutch goes flat to the floor! Aarrgg! I'm able to pump it up and get it working again just by pumping the clutch up and down. And it works fine, but this does not seem right to me and It seems something else is going on with my clutch. Don't see leaking anywhere, the slave in newer, and the hose has been replaced since new but not within the last 6 yrs.

Somehow I think I'm missing something obvious. Ideas? Thanks.
