One of those off the "T" definitely goes through the bulkhead to the turbo pressure gauge; mine blew off the back side of the gauge, which was evident by the relatively loud hiss of air under boost in the cabin, and I plugged it with a golf tee until it isn't -3F outside anymore. It doesn't affect the operation of the boost or fuel control systems. The other one goes to the blow off valve in the stock configuration, though I found slightly better response using a larger diameter hose straight from the intake manifold (using aftermarket BOV).
