Fuse 19 handles both the remote and the Radio always-on power. I don't see where it's connected to the ACC, but that could be fuse 17. They don't share a ground.
I'd check all the fuses. Unlikely, but easy to check. I'd also do a complete check on other systems - brake lights, back-up lights, dome lights, seat heating, turn signals, the works. First, you may be missing other systems. Second, it might provide more clues knowing what is (or isn't) working.
I assume (hope) the car still starts and runs OK.
The central locking gets signals from both the key/central console switch, and from the anti-theft system. It's the anti-theft that has the radio link.
If all the fuses do end up checking out OK, the next step is to take a voltmeter and check that you actually get power on the connectors of each of the systems that don't work. If not, start working your way back to the source. Don't worry about what the common point may be - just treat the problems as separate, and troubleshoot in a systematic way.
