1) I really don't think slightly warped rotors will cause significant wear / damage to any other part of the suspension.
2) I'm not sure as the brembo product is the culprit as much as your driving style and the car are. I ran Brembo's on my 1992 beater for 40,000 miles with NO shudder, and I've run Brembo's on my wifes '96 Aero for 15,000 and they are warped. My 1992 was a 5-speed and her Aero is an automatic. I can downshift to slow down from high speeds, she needs to hit the brakes (and she's a woman who rides the brakes at times as well!) Long periods of riding the brakes at high speeds, and slowing down to a stop from highway speeds is going to wreak havoc on any pads / rotors. The rotors just get too hot and will ultimately warp. You might want to just make sure the wheels are seated to the rotor correctly; most likely not your issue, but as long as you're in there.
3) If you feel that its a good preventative thing to do, and you have the parts, why not change the front stuff. Seeing as you do a lot of highway driving, I'd say it probably not needed, but you might as well do everything at once and have it out of sight out of mind.
4) I don't see how a failing bearing could lead to rotor warpage. Whenever I'd had a wheel bearing going, I had the groaning. Another way to better check the bearing is to take the CV shaft out and stick your fingers in the splined hole where the CV shaft went. Gently rotate the bearing and see if you can feel anything other than silky smooth movement. If you get any shuddering, or rough points in the movement, you might as well do the bearing as you're only 4 bolts away from having it out anyway.
