They will eliminate most of the lean you get in hard cornering. A 9K still leans a lot, even with the Aero springs. The SAS bars really flatten things out. My indy, who loves 9Ks but hates the body roll, thought they made a huge difference.
I haven't driven it hard yet, but it certainly seems a lot more neutral--less understeer, which is something I'm happy to see go away.
