I think you're mixing terminology. Balanced signals are ones that are carried by three wires; a signal, a neutral, and a ground. There are none of those in any car stereo I've ever seen or heard of. I assume you're referring to line level versus speaker level outputs.
The stock deck is fed into an amp already, so those are line levels which is what you want. You'd splice on RCA plugs to those wires to connect to the RCA outs on the aftermarket deck.
