And carefully unhook its lead from its attaching points.
As I said you should look up write-ups on doing this work on Quasimotors web site, and Townsendimports, read thoroughly, and print off a copy to have in hand as you do the work.
May not say specifically "Replace hub" but writeups about replacing axle, wheel bearings, etc. will cover the area.
You'll also have to remove the brake rotor once caliper is off; a deep-well 10 mm socket or lock vise grips on the wheel-locating pin, and I think a Torx for the other screw. Hammering vertically while turning helps pop these loose. I lock Vise Grips onto my biggest Phillips screwdriver on ones that have Phillips head, then tap end of screwdriver as I apply leverage via visegrips. For Torx, you can use Torx socket, adapters, breaker bar, then tap at 90-degree bend of breaker bar as you apply pressure.
If screw rounds out big deal, drill its head completely out. If it breaks, ditto big deal; screw on rotor doesn't really matter it's the lugs and pressure of wheel that hold the rotor in place.
