likeliest suspect -- MAP sensor or crank sensor?

My 1993 9000 CSE turbo, auto, 110k miles, will occasionally die when everything under the hood is thoroughly warmed up and won't restart until everything has cooled back down. Definitely ignition-related -- no sputtering, and engine either runs perfectly or not at all.
I've ruled out the ignition cassette by replacing it with a known good loaner. So which is the most likely suspect -- MAP sensor or crank position sensor (CPS), or something else that hasn't occurred to me?
The engine does NOT throw a code when it quits. However, if I disconnect the MAP sensor with the engine running, it DOES throw a code (and quits). Does this lean toward the CPS as the culprit?
Thanks.
