They are all OBD2 substitutes and none a real Tech 2 setup at all.

People are so gung ho over trying to find the Solomon gold mine for little to no money but it is no real deal out there to read, reset and look at all different modules throughout a Saab. Only different levels of OBD 2 readers/resetters.

The Tech 2 with Saab software PCMCIA card is the only way but for lots of money.
