Saab question... like some of the ones that come up here.

I wonder how much they know about BPC solenoids on 9Ks?

But you have to pitch it the right way. Something like...

I have a 1996 Saab 9000 with 298,000 miles on it. I'm the third owner. The can has been running great but for the last week it (pick your problem) either goes to overboost and the boost gauge goes to the end of the red and the engine cuts out OR it won't boost past the start of the yellow on the boost gauge. The car works fine otherwise.

Or have the symptom vary from base boost to over boost, which happened on my '96.

I think we need to come up with something weird just to zing them.
