There is the switchpack in the center console, and then there is the switch on the passenger side rear door. If either one has a problem, no power gets to the motor.
The next set of test will check continuity, but not a bad connection. You can measure voltage just fine on a bad connection, but it won't draw current. but first things first.
Get to the door switchpack - it only has five wires. There is a connector running to the switch, for for an unknown reason, the wire colors change. So bear with it. With the key in the RUN (ON) position, you should see 12 volts on the Blue/Red (harness) Green/Red (switch) wire. If not, make sure the Rear Lockout switch isn't in the lockout position.
The Blue (harness) Green (switch) wire and the Blue/White (harness) Green/White (switch) wires should connect to ground if you press the Up and Down switch on the center console switchpack. Not necessarily in that order. Doesn't matter if the key is ON or not.
If that checks out, check the Brown and Grey wires out of the door switch. With no switches pressed, they should both be connected to ground. If you hit the switches with the key ON, you should get one lead to go to 12 volts when the other goes to ground, and vice-versa when you hit the other switch position.
If that doesn't check out, you've got a bad switch. A bad switch at the door will keep the window from working. If you get voltage and ground, then it gets trickier. It could be the motor, or a bad connection. You can try hooking the motor up to 12 volts and see if it moves. For the bad connection, you'll need to either just start replacing switches, or find a way to tap into the lines while under load (trying to drive the motor.)
