Door switches-
The switches for the courtesy lights in the door have two sets of contacts. One set operates the courtesy light in the door; the other contact joins with the switches for the other three doors to light the dome light. So I'm guessing that in left front and right rear, the switch contacts that drive the dome light have poor connections.
Seat-
Which fuse? I assume Fuses 25 and 7 for the driver's (left hand, US cars) side. As Simon noted, there are relays, and the door comes into play, also. Fuse 26 is used for the right hand seat; Fuse 25 is for the left hand seat.
If the car is OFF and the door is OPEN, then one of the two relays under the power seat is energized and power goes to the seat controller. That assumes both a good fuse, good relay with good contacts, and the door switch is OK (not the same as for the courtesy light). If the car is ON, then power from fuse 7 enables the other relay under the seat, and it provides power to the controller. Again, a bad relay, or a bad set of contacts will shut it down.
So - did the seat work OK before the battery incident? Could you move the seat in both of the two modes - Engine off and door open, and engine running?
