Since the the spring and axle locating mounts are outside(I'm assuming) the scope of the work you had done, the extension of the shock itself is the only thing that would affect ride height. I doubt that would make a big difference if the upper locating point was off slightly, but it's easy enough to disconnect both shocks at the top to check their condition or try shimming.
