91 9K turbo - vibrations in RH turning under throttle

I am aware that a directional vibe CAN be caused by a particular inner driver OR I suppose CV as well. I just don't know the "rules of the road" for these vibes.

As stated, my 177K car has a pretty significant vibe in RH sweeping turns (just drove her "with spirit" in/out of some twisty mountain roads last weekend). Certainly the RH turn has a pretty serious vibe....you can feel same in straight driving "under boost" only (cruise brings it on). LH turns under boost are still smooth.

Previous 900 experience tells me this could be a driver, but then the direction doesn't make as much sense as a CV joint would. Why would the inner driver care about turning direction? I'm presuming there is minimal axial movement of the driver, other than suspension deflection (so RH turning, LH side is loaded and RH side lightened). I would guess then if the driver is being destroyed internally that there is that amount of axial displacement from suspension/turning loads. I have always believed that failing CV's will "speak up" when turning, but I've never experienced vibes from a dying CV.

Further, if I'm going in, I'll probably change out both axles if the labor is similar. I believe parts costs are low for new axle assys. Somewhere here I've read that on certain models the ID's can be swapped to present fresh surfaces to drive in forward gears. Would that be the case in my 91 Turbo 4 spd. automatic?
