Our 97 9000 CS is showing P0125 (Closed Loop Fuel Control detected Insufficient Coolant Temp), P0135 (Bank 1, Sensor 1 - Circuit for O2 Heater) and P0141 (Bank 1, Sensor 2 - Circuit for O2 Heater).
Based on the following advice from Ari and Mr. Bubble (posted Tue, 14 Jul 2009 06:59:16) I believe my problem is a bad O2 sensor and I am wondering if there is a way to determine which O2 sensor is bad?
Coolant level is good, I replaced the stuck open thermostat (thought we had it but same 3 codes return), measured 2.1K ohms at 74 deg F for the temp sensor (should be good based on allowable range of 2.1 to 2.9K ohms at 68 degrees F & 1 to 1.3K at 104), also we have a good ground cable from engine head to “dog bone” engine mount at top rear.
Other than confirming good temp sensor wires (not sure how to), I assume it is a bad O2.
All advice is appreciated! ToddH
