In the referenced posting, the problem could easily be a bad fuse, as the heater power for both sensors comes off the same fuse.
The fault indicates a bad heater for both front and rear O2 sensors. Having both fail is highly unlikely. Having the common source fail, that is reasonable.
Did you check the fuse? Do you know if power is getting to the sensors?
