You need to ground all four plugs. The best way is to get some clip leads, and clip them to each of the body (threaded portion) of the plug. Or, wrap a bare copper wire around each threaded portion of the plug and connect it to the engine body.
It is critical to ground all the plugs - if you try to use the DI with all plugs not grounded, you'll damage the DI.
