A fleeing glitch can be difficult to find using just a VOM since the signal is still triggered when bad enough to not start the car. A regular VOM might not have the sampling rate needed to changes values on the screen unless the no start occurs for a long time.
You can see how the signal in second and last picture does not reach all the down to zero but it still drops. This glitch was enough to not start the engine.
When CKP sensor was cold again, the signal was back to normal like in the first picture.
